COMMUNICATION
All communication will be done via email, not social media or text. The client is free to schedule a call at any time to go over details about their service if speaking over the phone works better.
BUSINESS DAYS
Working business days are Tuesday-Thursday unless you have been scheduled for an appointment. You can expect an email reply from the coach within 24-72 hours regarding your service. Customer service hours are T-T 10am - 2pm EST unless you have scheduled to book a special client call.
CONTENT COLLECTION
Once your order has been placed, please keep in mind that additional information “may” be requested from you in order to complete any service. Please look for an email from contact@kiyanadurham.com within 24-48 hours of your order being placed. The email from Kiyana Durham will walk you through the next steps for you to provide your content for the service.
All content from the client is due within two weeks of placing their order. If the content from the client is not received within the two-week time frame, this means that the service will be delayed.
PAYMENTS
A form of payment must be made before a service is started. If you pay your service in full, you are good to go. If you start with a payment plan, there will be 2 remaining payments to be made after the first payment. All payments are two weeks apart. The system will automatically bill the card that is on file. If a payment is declined, the system will wait 5 days, and then try the card again. If the payment fails for a second time, the client will receive a $25 late fee for the failed payment. The service will be paused until the late fee and the original payment is made. Once the fees are paid, the coach will then re-start and continue with the service.
REFUND POLICY
All products and services including business, financial, investment, life, and al a carte services are final sales. No refunds will be issued.
MONTHLY SERVICES
If the client have to cancel a monthly service, it must be done with a 30-day written notice. No exceptions!
ACTS OF GOD
If a legal “Act of God” occurs during your project (ex: fire, flood, computer/hardware damage, death in the family ect.) The client will be notified to discuss new deadlines for the service.
SERVICE CANCELLATION
KD Coaching can choose to terminate the service at any time if it is not a good fit. The client can cancel any monthly subscription plan with 30-day written notice, no exceptions!
PERMISSIONS
KD Coaching will have rights to share on social media, and the business website. This will be used for self-promotion.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Please read the information below and by booking any service through this Website acts as you read and agree to the terms below.
I have been informed by Kiyana Durham, Inc. d/b/a KD Coaching that:
They ARE NOT ATTORNEYS, & they CANNOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE. Any advice given is solely based on knowledge gained through education and experience.
They are only assisting me in the proper preparation of any documents so that I can represent myself in this matter without an attorney. They have further informed me that legal representation by an attorney would advise me of all legal rights that I may have arising out of this action. The legal documents prepared by Kiyana Durham, Inc. d/b/a KD Coaching, have been prepared in accordance with the information provided by me in my desire to represent myself in any transaction. I declare:
That the information provided by me is true and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief;
That I agree to review all documents prepared and by booking any service through this Website is acknowledgment of my approval of all documents;
That I hereby release Kiyana Durham, Inc. d/b/a KD Coaching, from any liability arising out of the services performed for me by them as the result of my failure to provide the information requested or to thoroughly review all documents. I further declare that I am signing this document/booking without undue influence, threat or pressure from any person or entity involved in the outcome of this transaction.
I understand that any and all payments made to Kiyana Durham, Inc. d/b/a KD Coaching, for the preparation of any documents are non-refundable. and that I have been informed that my documents will be emailed to me within 30 days of completion.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS + CONDITIONS
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
